MoveMore uses the built-in accelerometer and gyroscope in your smartphone. You simply hold your phone in your hand (or keep it in your pocket for steps), and our motion-tracking algorithms accurately count your reps in real time.

Not at all! MoveMore functions entirely using your smartphone. There is no extra hardware or wearable device required to track your exercises and unlock your apps.

Your privacy is our top priority. MoveMore never uses your camera or microphone. All exercise detection is done locally on your device using only simple motion sensors.

MoveMore is designed to be accessible. You can pick and choose the exercises that work for your body. If squats are too hard on your knees, you can set your requirement to simple steps around the house or basic upper-body movements like punches.
