Official Sweepstakes & Contest Rules

These official rules ("Rules") govern all contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes (each, a "Sweepstakes") offered by MoveMore Inc. ("Sponsor") through the MoveMore mobile application ("App"). By participating in any Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the Sponsor's Terms of Service.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR EXERCISE ACTIVITY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Open To: Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state of residence at the time of entry.

Excluded: Residents of Quebec, Canada; employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members; and residents of any jurisdiction where this Sweepstakes is prohibited by law.

2. Contest/Sweepstakes Period

Each individual Sweepstakes will have a specific start and end date (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period for each campaign will be clearly stated on the specific Sweepstakes Details Page within the App.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter a Sweepstakes. Multiple entries are permitted for both methods, subject to the conditions below.

a) Entry via the App (Exercise Method)

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible users can enter by redeeming points ("Points") earned through completing exercise challenges in the App. The number of Points required for one (1) entry into a specific Sweepstakes will be specified on the Sweepstakes Details Page in the App. Users may redeem Points for multiple entries, provided they have sufficient Points in their account.

b) No Purchase or Exercise Necessary (Alternate Method of Entry - AMOE)

To enter without exercising or redeeming points:

On a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and the following details (which can be found on the Sweepstakes Details Page in the App):
- The name of the specific Sweepstakes you wish to enter.
- The Sweepstakes ID number.
- The Sweepstakes end date.
Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to:

Note regarding Postage: Residents of the United States must affix sufficient international postage. Residents of Canada may omit return postage where permitted by law.

You will receive one (1) entry into the specified Sweepstakes for each eligible mail-in request.
Limit: Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one package) will not be accepted.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Sweepstakes end date and received no later than five (5) business days after the end date.

4. Prize(s) & Winnings Cap

The prize(s) available to be won in each Sweepstakes, along with their Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), will be described on the Sweepstakes Details Page in the App.

ANNUAL WINNINGS CAP (IMPORTANT): To ensure compliance with tax regulations and fair play, the total cumulative value of prizes a single participant may win is strictly limited to $500.00 USD (or the CAD equivalent) per calendar year.

If a potential winner has already won $500 in prizes in the current calendar year, they will be disqualified from winning additional prizes, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be conducted approximately one (1) week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The selected entrant(s) will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must meet the following criteria based on their location:

For Residents of Canada

Respond to the notification email within five (5) business days.
Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor (e.g., via email or phone).
Sign and return a declaration and release form.

For Residents of the United States

Respond to the notification email within five (5) business days.
Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Note: US residents are NOT required to answer a skill-testing question.

If a selected entrant fails to meet these conditions, they will be disqualified, and a new entrant will be randomly selected.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that specific Sweepstakes.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MoveMore Inc., its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

8. Privacy and Publicity

Any personal information collected is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

By entering, you agree that any dispute arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Class Action Waiver: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

10. Platform Disclaimers

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, or involved in any way with, this Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), or any other social media platform or app store. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to these platforms.
