Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your MoveMore account and all associated personal data. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.


What happens when you request deletion?

When your request is processed, all of your personally identifiable information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. This includes:

  • Your account credentials (email address).
  • Personal profile information (age, weight, height).
  • Any other data that directly identifies you.

Data We Keep for Statistics

To improve our app and contribute to our community's fitness statistics, we anonymize your workout recordings. This means we permanently remove any link between you and your activity data (exercise type, repetitions, duration, etc.). This anonymous data cannot be traced back to you.

How to request deletion

To initiate the deletion process, please send an email to info@moveore.ca. We will send a confirmation email to this address once the deletion has been completed. Requests are typically processed within 14 business days.
