Welcome to MoveMore ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the MoveMore mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
MoveMore is an application designed to encourage physical activity by temporarily restricting access to user-selected apps ("Blocked Apps") until a predetermined physical exercise goal is met. The App utilizes your device's built-in sensors (such as accelerometers and gyroscopes) to track and verify physical movement.
MoveMore operates on an unrestricted access model. After an initial free trial period, a valid subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase is required to continue using the App. There is no free tier.
We may offer a 3-day free trial. If you opt into a subscription that includes a free trial, your applicable app store account will automatically be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
All charges are handled by Apple or Google. Any requests for refunds must be directed to the respective app store's customer support, subject to their refund policies.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to restrict your own access to certain apps on your device. We are not responsible for any missed communications, notifications, or loss of access to services resulting from your use of the App's blocking features.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have access to necessary applications in the event of an emergency. MoveMore should not be configured to block essential communication or emergency apps.
You understand that sensor tracking is inherently subject to hardware limitations. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in the detection of exercises or movements.
All content, features, and functionality within the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and underlying code—are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
